What you will be doing
- Deliver Complex Tasks Independently: Handle technical work with minimal guidance, adapt quickly to changing priorities, and understand system-wide impacts.
- Technical & Domain Expertise: Troubleshoot across services, understand integrations, and collaborate on solutions that align with business goals while keeping in mind technical risks.
- Collaborate & Guide: Work closely with Product Managers to shape and prioritize work, and support junior engineers through mentorship and onboarding.
- Ensure Quality & Scalable Design: Write high-quality, testable code using best practices, implement monitoring, and apply appropriate design and architectural patterns.
About You
- You have experience designing and building as well as running and maintaining software, as a full stack developer
- You have professional experience in modern design patterns
- You are experienced and/or desire to test pair and/or mob programming
- You have experience with Kotlin, React, PostgreSQL and Cloud Operations (Azure, GCP, AWS, or similar)
- A plus if you bring experience in designing and operating highly available systems
- A plus if you participate in team strategy, roadmap definition, and sprint planning
