You will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining both Shopify and WordPress websites to meet our clients' needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate is a highly motivated individual with a strong understanding of e-commerce principles, web development best practices, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions. You should be comfortable working with various technologies and possess the ability to adapt to new trends and tools, including AI-powered features and design elements. Responsibilities: Develop and customize Shopify and WordPress websites based on client requirements. Build custom Shopify apps and integrations using Shopify's API and Liquid templating language. Maintain and update websites, ensuring security, stability, and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and debug website issues across both platforms. Optimize websites for speed, performance. Follow all updates on shopify and wordpress. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code. Collaborate with UI/UX designers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality. Manage projects effectively and meet deadlines. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide updates on progress. Requirements Qualifications: Proven experience (2 Years and above) in developing and customizing Shopify and WordPress websites. Experience with e-commerce platforms and related technologies. Strong proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and related front-end technologies. Expertise in Liquid templating language (Shopify). Expertise in PHP (WordPress). Experience with Shopify's API and WordPress's API. Experience with theme customization and plugin development in both Shopify and WordPress. Proficiency in using Shopify metafields for custom data and functionality. Strong experience with Elementor page builder in WordPress. Knowledge of website performance optimization techniques. Understanding of AI concepts and potential applications in web development. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail. Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with UI/UX designers.
