Role & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Design and implement scalable APIs for patient interactions and data processing.
    • Build robust integrations with EHR and major platforms (Google, Apple, Facebook).
    • Architect backend services for AI-powered features (sentiment analysis, review responses).
    • Develop real-time data processing pipelines for patient survey data.
    • Implement security and compliance measures for HIPAA-compliant systems.
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in CS or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 3+ years software engineering experience, ideally high-scale or healthcare.
    • Strong expertise in Microsoft .NET stack and SQL Server.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred) and containerization.
    • Proficiency in Git, unit testing, debugging, and performance monitoring.
    • Experience building/consuming REST APIs.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
    • Experience with real-time systems or data processing at scale.
    • Healthcare or regulated industry experience.
    • Third-party API or EHR integration experience.
    • Frontend skills (React, JS).
    • Experience with AI/ML, NLP, or sentiment analysis.
