The ideal candidate will excel in tackling complex technical challenges, optimizing performance, and managing projects from concept through to production. You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fully remote environment, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and drive iterative solutions. The ideal candidate will excel in tackling complex technical challenges, optimizing performance, and managing projects from concept through to production. You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fully remote environment, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and drive iterative solutions. Experience with NodeJS, and familiarity with GraphQL and gRPC, are a plus.




KEY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:
Required skills:


- Proven experience with Go
- Proven ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organisational issues, and propose iterative solutions
- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a proven ability to both diagnose and prevent these issues
- Experience working in agile environments with an iterative software development process
