Role & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Architect, deploy, and improve AI Agents directly with customers.
    • Take end-to-end ownership of customer implementations and platform integrations.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and customers.
    • Guide customers on technical decisions and tradeoffs.
    • Participate in on-call rotations.
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
    • B.S. or greater in CS or related field with strong fundamentals.
    • 1+ years experience with JS, Python, or TS.
    • Experience with REST APIs and Authentication.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
    • Excellent communication skills, comfortable with external customers.
    • Strong sense of ownership and customer empathy.
