Description We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Software Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will lead cross-functional software development teams, manage project lifecycles from inception to delivery, and ensure the successful execution of client-focused software solutions. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to translate business goals into technical deliverables and foster high-performing teams through agile methodologies. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Execution - Define project scope, objectives, schedules, resource plans, and budgets. - Create detailed project plans and monitor progress against milestones. - Ensure delivery of high-quality software solutions within timeline and budget. Stakeholder & Client Management - Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. - Lead project meetings, provide status updates, and manage expectations. - Translate business requirements into functional deliverables. Team Management - Lead and mentor cross-functional teams including developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps. - Facilitate sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. - Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Risk & Issue Management - Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies. - Resolve issues proactively to keep projects on track.
