The ideal candidate will excel in tackling complex technical challenges, optimizing performance, and managing projects from concept through to production. You should be a self-motivated, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fully remote environment, with a proven ability to communicate effectively and drive iterative solutions. Familiarity with NodeJS, GraphQL, or gRPC are a plus.Key experience and skills:Proven experience with ReactProven ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organisational issues, and propose iterative solutionsExperience with performance and optimization problems and a proven ability to both diagnose and prevent these issuesExperience working in agile environments with an iterative software development processEffective communication skills: clearly communicate status updates, ability to achieve consensus with peers.Experience owning a project from concept to production including discovery, discussion and executionSelf-motivated and self-managing with strong organisational skills and attention to detailAbility to thrive in a fully remote organisationExperience with writing unit and integration testsExperience with Git and GithubPositive, proactive and solution oriented mindsetSelf starting, independent goal oriented and numbers drivenProficiency in the English language, both written and verbal, sufficient for success in a remote and largely asynchronous environment.Nice to have:Experience in NodeJS, GraphQL, and GRPCGame Development experience or familiarityHow do we support and benefit our employees?Fully remote set-up, with 2x company-wide meetups per year to meet and bond with your colleagues.All the equipment you need to succeed provided by Pixaera.25 days of company vacation allowance per year in addition to local public holidays. WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

The ideal candidate will excel in tackling complex technical challenges, optimizing performance, and managing projects from concept through to production. Familiarity with NodeJS, GraphQL, or gRPC are a plus.




KEY EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS:

- Proven experience with React
- Proven ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex technical, architectural, and/or organisational issues, and propose iterative solutions
- Experience with performance and optimization problems and a proven ability to both diagnose and prevent these issues
- Experience working in agile environments with an iterative software development process
