- Build internal tools, dashboards, and visualizations to improve workflows.
- Create scalable APIs and integrate with third-party systems.
- Support and improve internal developer experience and system observability.
- Contribute to data tooling, pipelines, and interfaces.
- Maintain code quality, reliability, and performance.
- Must-Have Qualifications:
- 2–4+ years of experience building production systems.
- Proficiency in Python.
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs, backend services, or automation systems.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and CI/CD.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
- Interest in or experience with data platforms (Airflow, Kafka, Snowflake).
- Experience with data-oriented tooling and workflows.

In this role, you’ll help design and build the internal systems that power key business functions - from automating operational workflows to integrating with external data sources. While you’ll work as a generalist across a variety of internal tools and services, you'll also gain deep exposure to our data stack, making this a great fit for an engineer who enjoys building infrastructure and is curious about data products. You’ll collaborate closely with Data, Ops, and other Engineering teams to solve practical business problems at scale.

- Strong software engineering skills with 2–4+ years of experience building production systems.
- Proficiency in Python, and a willingness to dive into data-oriented tooling and workflows.
- Experience designing and maintaining APIs, backend services, and/or automation systems.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, etc.) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment.
