Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain reliable, scalable software systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver user-centric features Ensure application quality through code reviews, testing, and automation Optimize systems for performance, reliability, and security Contribute to system architecture and participate in technical planning Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practices (Frontend) Build interfaces with React, TypeScript, and GraphQL clients (Backend) Develop APIs, business logic, and manage databases with .NET, MySQL, and DynamoDB Requirements 3–5 years of professional experience in software engineering Expertise in either frontend (React, TypeScript, HTML/CSS, GraphQL) or backend (C#/.NET, TypeScript, MySQL, DynamoDB) development Solid understanding of algorithms, data structures, and system design Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across teams Self-starter mindset with strong problem-solving abilities Bonus: Full-stack development experience, monorepo build systems, DevOps knowledge, or contributions to open-source projects Benefits Competitive salary ($140,000 – $155,000 annually) Equity in the company, managed via Carta Fully remote and flexible work environment Unlimited PTO with strong support for work-life balance Comprehensive medical and dental coverage Paid parental leave 401(k) plan with company match and immediate vesting Free access to estate planning services In-person team meetups several times per year Jobgether hiring process disclaimer This job is posted on behalf of one of our partner companies.
