You will also have the opportunity to collaborate closely with other application and platform engineering teams, and product, design and support partners.  An ideal candidate will have a passion for building great products with simplicity, usability, scalability, and reliability in mind.This is a hybrid position, which will require the ability to be onsite in our Kraków, Poland office as needed. Candidates must be based in Poland.ResponsibilitiesCollaborate cross-functionally, partnering with engineers, designers, and product managers to deliver a cohesive and exceptional user experienceDevelop and maintain a shared React Frontend component library and design systemBuild interfaces that are easy to build against and meet the requirements of client-facing teamsDebug production issues across services and multiple levels of the stack, and improve the observability and reliability of the overall systemActively participate in code and design reviewsQualificationsStrong technical background, including 2+ years of experience building impactful, large-scale products or systems using Java or a similar object-oriented languageExperience building React-based web applicationsSolid understanding of distributed systems, data stores, data modeling, OO modeling, indexing, and associated trade-offsProficient in debugging production issues across services and multiple stack layersCross-team communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to designers, support personnel, and other engineersExperience with observability tooling in web applications (such as Sentry, Datadog, Hotjar, Pendo, FullStory, Splunk) is a plusFamiliarity with Storybook is a plusPerks and Benefits @ ClariTeam-bonding activities and company-wide eventsFlexible working hours and remote opportunitiesAnnual Well-being and Professional Development StipendsPrivate Healthcare and Multisport PassPaid maternity and paternity leaveStock options#LI-HybridYou’ll often hear our CEO talk about being remarkable.
