Role & Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Architect, design, and implement WPF desktop applications.
    • Build and maintain robust backend services, APIs, and libraries.
    • Participate in design and code reviews.
    • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers.
    • Provide technical mentorship to junior developers.
    • Write clean, well-documented code with tests.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Must-Have Qualifications:
    • 5+ years professional .NET/C# development experience.
    • Proven track record building WPF desktop applications.
    • Solid experience designing and implementing backend services.
    • Proficiency with .NET Framework and .NET Core.
    • Strong understanding of object-oriented design, design patterns, and SOLID principles.
    • Deep WPF expertise.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
    • Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
    • Familiarity with RESTful API design and integration.
    • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Nice-to-Have Qualifications:
    • Experience building VSTO Word Add-Ons.
    • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
    • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices.
    • Prior experience in a product-focused or startup environment.
