BVY LABS LLC makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, BVY LABS LLC does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.
Credits system
- Definition of Credits. The "Credits" referenced herein defines the unit of measure used to quantify user access time on our AI Mock Interview feature. These Credits are inherently non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and have no monetary value outside of their specific use within our system.
- Variation in Credits Attribution. The exact ratio of credits to usage time is formulated and implemented by our platform at our sole discretion and may be subject to change at any time, without prior notification. Users will not have the right to contest or object to such changes.
- Premium and Trial Access Rights. Users under our Premium subscription will have access to a specific number of credits, pre-included as part of their package, which opens access to our AI Mock Interview feature. The number of credits allocated to every Premium package may vary and will be quantified at our discretion. Under our Trial version, each user is allowed to participate in 2 AI Mock Interviews, with each interview consisting of a maximum of 5 questions. Trial version rights are subject to modification, at any point at our discretion, with or without notice.
- Rights of Modification and Termination. We reserve the right to modify the terms of this Credits System, the distribution of credits, or abolish the system entirely at any time for any reason, and without any individual specific notice. Your continued use of our services with the knowledge of such changes implies your acceptance of these modifications. If you do not agree with changes or updates to this section, you should stop using our Services immediately.
Access to Microphone
For the full functionality of our AI Voice Mock Interview feature, GetHired.How requires access to your device's microphone. This access is essential to capture your responses during the mock interviews and to provide a realistic interview experience. By using the AI Voice Mock Interview feature, you consent to the activation and use of your microphone for this purpose.
Please ensure your microphone is functioning correctly to maximize the benefit from this service. Note that we only access the microphone with your explicit permission and only during the use of the AI Voice Mock Interview feature. We do not record or store audio data from your microphone except as needed for the immediate functioning of the AI Voice Mock Interview.
Payment Policy
- Merchant of Record. All payment processing is conducted securely via our Merchant of Record, LemonSqueezy, available at https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/. By subscribing to our services, you agree to abide by LemonSqueezy’s terms and conditions.
- Subscription. Users can purchase either a monthly or yearly subscription to access GetHired.How product. Each subscription comes with a designated number of credits for the AI mock feature, as detailed on our pricing page at the time of purchase.
- Payment Processing and Account Activation. Subscription fees are due in full at the time of purchase. Upon the receipt of your subscription payment, it may take up to three (3) business day for us to process it. We will update your account as soon as we receive confirmation that your payment has been accepted. This implies that the payment has cleared and funds have been received.
Refund Policy
- General. We strive to offer fair and transparent customer service. If, for any reason, you are dissatisfied with our service, please contact us to discuss a potential refund or account adjustment.
- Eligibility for Refunds. In principle, refunds are only processed under the following conditions:
(i) You have not used more than 10% of your allocated AI mock feature credits.
(ii) The refund application is made within the acceptable period from the date of subscription as specified in the contract. - Limitation on Credits Use. If you have utilized more than 10% of your allotted credits for the AI mock feature within the current billing cycle, you will not be eligible for a refund. This is to prevent abuse of our system and ensure fairness to all users.
- Procedure for Requesting Refunds. To request a refund, you must contact our support team by email at [email protected]. Provide your account details, proof of purchase, and a detailed reason for the refund request. Our team will review your submission and respond within a reasonable timeframe.
- Processing Refund. Once a refund request is approved, the refund amount will be credited back to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase. Please allow 30 days for the transaction to reflect in your account.
User-Generated Content
The content created, uploaded, or shared by you on GetHired.How, including but not limited to responses in AI Voice Mock Interviews, notes, and custom flashcards, is considered User-Generated Content. You retain ownership of your User-Generated Content.
However, by submitting content to our website, you grant GetHired.How a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving our services. This may include, but is not limited to, using data for analytics, improving AI algorithms, and showcasing anonymized content as examples or in marketing materials.
You are responsible for ensuring that your content does not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or rights of others, including intellectual property rights and privacy rights. GetHired.How reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or in violation of these terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights in the content of the GetHired.How website and its services, including but not limited to text, graphics, user interface, and software, are owned by or licensed to BVY LABS LLC. This content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

While we strive for accuracy and relevance, BVY LABS LLC does not guarantee that the information provided by these AI-generated services is completely accurate or reliable. Users should be aware that there may be errors or outdated information, and should not solely rely on the services for critical decision-making or as a definitive source of information.
BVY LABS LLC expressly disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will meet your requirements or that the operation of the services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Reliance on Information
Users acknowledge and agree that the responsibility for verifying the accuracy and applicability of information obtained from GetHired.How rests solely with them. Limitation of Liability
BVY LABS LLC will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses (even if BVY LABS LLC has been advised of the possibility of such damages), resulting from:
- The use or the inability to use the service;
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;

For the purposes of this Agreement, "Force Majeure" shall mean any event beyond the reasonable control of GetHired.How, including but not limited to severe weather, earthquakes, floods, war, terrorism, governmental restrictions, power failures, natural disasters, pandemics, or interruptions in Internet services to an area where GetHired.How or its servers are located or co-located.
- Non-performance. In the event of a Force Majeure, BVY LABS LLC shall be excused from any and all performance obligations in this Agreement. BVY LABS LLC shall not be liable for any delays, interruptions, or other damages resulting from such conditions.
- Notification. If BVY LABS LLC is affected by a Force Majeure event, it shall promptly notify the User of the circumstances. The obligations of BVY LABS LLC under this Agreement shall be suspended for the duration of the Force Majeure event.
Changes in Business
- Business Transfers. In the event that BVY LABS LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, your information may be sold or transferred as part of that transaction. This ToS shall continue to apply to your information as transferred to the new entity.
- Continuity of Service. BVY LABS LLC will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the transfer of information and services will be seamless and will not adversely affect your use of our services. However, BVY LABS LLC cannot guarantee that there will be no interruption or change in service.

- Continuous Improvement. GetHired.How is committed to continually improving its services and may update or modify features to enhance user experience, efficiency, and effectiveness of its services.
- Notification of Changes. Any significant changes or improvements to the services will be communicated to users through their registered email or a prominent notice on the website.
